“ Came here to wait out the traffic after work. Great ambiance. You order through a QR code which is convenient and the service is relatively quick. The best part is the food which is... a great thing (lol). The Pots come in the individual stands with the burner within. It's visually pleasant and a fun experience. For the price, the Pot servings are filling and worth it. I had the kimchi pot which had decent spice but very tolerable. There was a good variation of fixings in the broth, including a heaping of meat. Each table has three sauces for you to combine to make your custom dipping sauce. For those used to all you can eat hot pot - they do not offer any toppings on the side unless it is an Add On ($). Overall, such a good place to come back to. Worth your money, worth your time, worth your calorie consumption. ”
“ Tasty pot is the only choice for rainy days like today, hit the spot. Warm and tasty soup . Quick and friendly service, and the place is always nice and welcoming. ”
“ My bf and I were looking for something warm and soupy since it's been pretty cold out recently and we decided on getting some hotpots! We arrived on a Saturday right when they opened at 5 pm and there was no wait. We got seated and they were quick to give us water. Ordering was done through your phone from scanning the QR code at your table that also has your table number. You can take a look at the entire menu and I think it's pretty easy to navigate and order on there; they do ask for your phone number when ordering! We got a beef hotpot and a lamb hotpot and they were both pretty good! The sauces and food are similar to boiling point, and they have a couple of sauces that are at your table and some sauce cups you can use. It wasn't too busy when we arrived and while we were eating, but it got really busy around 6pm when we were almost done. The table next to us seemed very demanding and kept asking for things from the staff, but the staff were very accommodating towards them. Would definitely be back again for some warm soup! ”
“ My parents never had Taiwanese hit pot before, so it was nice to bring them here to try it for the first time. We came when they opened, so we didn't have to worry about waiting in line for a table. There is a ton of parking since it's in a really big shopping plaza, but just know that there are a TON of establishments here so while there are a ton of parking spots, it can fill up quick. I stuck to my lamb hot pot order. Always tried and true, and it did not disappoint for me. The lamb was cooked perfectly, and I really like the tofu skin. It was soft, and soaked up the broth flavor nicely. The meatballs were delicious, giving that meaty flavor. And you can't go wrong with the mushrooms. What I like about this place is that there are a ton of vegetables, so it's pretty healthy. Really liked the service. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Also, there's plenty of tv so you're always watching something. And their music is lively! ”
“ Came here on a Friday night and waited about 15 minutes for a table. Business was very good and the place was vibrant. Didn't think the two of us could finish two hot pots, so we opted for the larger Taiwanese Supreme Spicy Hot Soup with extras like lotus root, enoki mushrooms, and wood ear fungus. We also ordered a dessert which was deep fried balls of sweet potato and taro. That was plenty of food for the two of us. We chose medium level for spiciness for the soup. The hot pot was very tasty and came with a good variety of ingredients. The beef balls were excellent. And it was good that we didn't feel thirsty afterwards. The dessert was also excellent. Service was good even though it was very busy. Prices were very reasonable and affordable. ”
“ Tasty Pot has been in the Bay Area long before all the other new personal sized hot pot places opened. There was no wait time for when we went on a Tuesday around 2 pm. You order from the QR code menu that is on the table. You are also given free green or black tea upon your visit during lunch. The menu has a list of all the ingredients you will receive in your personal sized hot pot. Curry Flavor Hot Soup is my go to since it has a good mix of ingredients. There was an option to pick between vermicelli and rice but I opt for vermicelli every time. There is already vermicelli in the order itself, but it is nice to receive an extra vermecelli option as a free add on! The curry spiciness can be adjusted as needed. Overall, Tasty Pot is a great chain to eat at. It feels like they are a tad more expensive than other places given the price to size ratio. Due to their set menu, you cannot fully customize unless if you are willing to pay extra for additions. However, they have holiday deals if you subscribe to their texts and will also reward you for a free hot pot depending on your number of visits! We'll be back again! ”
“ Friends and I came on MLK day around 12:30, and we got seated immediately. To my surprise, they now have halal options!! I was gonna give it a try, but it only comes in medium spicy or spicier. I like how the tables are spread out nicely so it doesn't feel too cramped. We got seated in the back corner, which felt a little weird because it was harder to get server's attention, but it's not too big of an issue. ”
“ My wife was wanting some soup on this cold night. This Tasty Pot location has great customer service. They are very attentive, friendly, and come around to refill your soup and water as needed! The restaurant is can accommodate some good sized groups, but no bigger than a party of 10. Best to call and inquire. Two neutral gender restrooms. They had this new flavor which appealed to me, so I ordered it. Green Pepper Fillet Hot Soup: Napa, Bean Sprout, Swai Fillet, Channa Black Fish Fillet, Enoki Mushroom, Black Fungus, Seaweed Knot, Tofu Puff, Aorta, Sour Mustard, Quail Egg, Fish Ball, Tempura, Scallion (4/5). The default is Medium spicy. Slow burn at first, but you could really taste the spice in this flavorful soup! My wife ordered the... #14 Herbal Hot Soup (Pork Slices): Shrimp, Corn, Tomato, Broccoli, Fuzhou Fish Ball, Fish Ball, Cat-Paw Shrimp Ball, Tofu Skin, Clam, Quail Eggs, Kamaboko, Brown Beach Mushroom, Enoki Mushroom, Vermicelli, Red Date Slices, Wolfberry, Chinese Angelica, Caterpillar Fungus, Chicken Wings, Pork Slices, Scallion (4/5). My wife got this with no spice. Though, it was still spicy from the white pepper in the soup. She could still eat it. Yelp Check-In: Free Milk Creme Green Tea (4/5). Very sweet, creamy to help cool down your fiery soup! Support your local business! ”
“ My family took me here for my birthday. A nice place for Taiwanese hot pot and remember to check in to Yelp for a free drink. Arriving there on Friday at 5:30pm, there was no wait. You can order food by scanning the barcode. Choose from what broth you want and how spicy you prefer. They give you many portions compared to Boiling Point. The interior of the restaurant is very clean. The staff are all very nice and efficient. ”
